App access & account help

• Pro availability: Get app access for the free beta. Pro availability details will appear before any paid plan starts.
• Account changes: Email support if you need to change the email tied to your account.
• Future refunds: If a paid plan becomes available, email admin@onecommit.us within 7 days of a charge and we'll review your request. Refunds are discretionary unless required by law.
• Delete your account: Email us to request deletion. We remove personal data subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

Getting started

1. Get OneCommit access and create your beta account.
2. Complete your athlete profile — times, GPA, what you care about in a college.
3. Connect your Gmail or Outlook account so emails go from your own inbox.
4. Review your matched schools and start reaching out to coaches.
5. Watch for Pro availability updates if you want expanded outreach and strategy support.
